Job Description

Own and execute projects independently, aim to drive excellence improvements for the team across both ticket management and in-house hiring workstreams:

• Process improvement projects
• Incentive scheme
• AI/ Automation projects
• Optimize team infrastructure/ governance models
  
  

Requirements

Analytical and business acumen with ability of below:

• Experienced PMO
• Strong critical thinking/ analysis skill; to identify problem, root cause and fix plan sharply
• Problem solver skill to identify out of the box thinking to workaround or overcome blockers
• Coordinate well and can coordinate with managers across SPX
• Presentation capabilities (slide making, present slides)
• Upward management skills
  
  

Preferred Background

• 3+ years of work experience
• Bachelor degree or above
• From consulting or strategy related background; startups can be a plus as are used to adhocs/ speed of work
• Not limited to express/ e-commerce business
• Proficient in english
• Preferably interested in AI and process automation
