About the Role
We are building the next-generation Transformation Office to sustain and scale our Tailwind program following McKinsey's engagement. We are looking for a high-caliber ex-consultant to join as a Transformation Lead, owning strategy-to-execution delivery of high-impact initiatives across the business. This is a rare opportunity to move from advising to owning real business impact in a fast-growing global pet food company.
What You Will Do
Lead High-Impact Transformation Initiatives
- Manage strategic initiatives end-to-end implementation across Commercial, Manufacturing, and Procurement
- Drive from problem structuring → solution design → implementation → impact delivery
- Deliver measurable outcomes (e.g., cost savings, revenue growth, working capital improvement)
Solve Complex Business Problems
- Break down ambiguous problems into structured analyses and actionable insights
- Apply hypothesis-driven thinking and data analytics to inform decisions
Drive Cross-Functional Execution
- Align stakeholders across functions and geographies
- Unblock issues and maintain execution momentum
- Ensure initiatives do not stall or become siloed
Own Impact Delivery (Not Just Tracking)
- Build and track business cases
- Monitor delivery vs. committed targets
- Ensure results are real, measurable, and sustainable
Work Directly with Senior Leadership
- Engage regularly with Transformation Director and senior stakeholders
- Prepare and present regular executive-level updates and recommendations
Build Internal Capability
- Coach internal teams on problem solving, analytics, and execution discipline
- Help embed transformation practices into business-as-usual processes
Who We Are Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in management consulting, preferably with a top-tier or leading mid-tier consulting firm.
- Experience leading cross-functional transformation or operational improvement projects
- Exposure to industrial, manufacturing, or FMCG environments is a plus
