You will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience. You will support clients across strategy, supply chain, manufacturing, and operational transformation engagements, helping translate complex business challenges into actionable recommendations and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and industry research to understand trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities
- Analyse business and operational challenges, identify value-creation opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations
- Assess supply chain, manufacturing, sourcing, and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and support operational improvement initiatives focused on cost optimization, productivity, service levels, resilience, and operational excellence
- Synthesise complex qualitative and quantitative information into clear, actionable insights
- Analyse data and develop insightful outputs, including business analyses, models, presentations, and management reports
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients and internal stakeholders, including through presentations and workshops
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring together diverse expertise and develop comprehensive solutions
- Support project management activities, including tracking project progress, managing risks and issues, and ensuring deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and budgets
- Contribute to internal practice development, including knowledge development, thought leadership, and business development activities

Candidate Qualification
- Bachelor's degree from a leading educational institution in Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas with impact
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to change
- Exceptional academic performance is a strong plus, particularly for new graduates
