About This Role:
This role is based in our Bangkok office, which is centrally located in the CBD area and easily accessible by public transportation. You will be part of the wider team in Singapore and report directly to our Partner.
Job Summary:
As a Lead Lighting Designer, you will play an important role in creating immersive and visually compelling environments through the strategic design and implementation of lighting solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in elevating the aesthetic appeal of our interior and architectural projects.

Job Summary:
As a Lead Lighting Designer, you will play an important role in creating immersive and visually compelling environments through the strategic design and implementation of lighting solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in elevating the aesthetic appeal of our interior and architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide junior lighting designers and ensure seamless integration of lighting concepts that align with the overall vision and design objectives of each project.
- Develop innovative and creative lighting concepts that enhance the overall visual experience of a project.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, interior designers and consultants
- Ensure that designs are both aesthetically pleasing and technically feasible within project constraints.
- Interpret and translate clients requirements into concept, design presentation and documentation.
Below are the minimum qualifications that we expect from you:
- The right to work in Thailand without visa sponsorship (Thai National)
- Bachelor or Master degree in Lighting Design, Interior Design / Architecture
- 10+ years of experience in lighting design
- Interior / architectural lighting design experience in luxury hospitality, high-end residential, clubhouse or show flats
- Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, AutoCAD, BIM/Revit (preferred but not compulsory)
- Fluent in English
- Strong conceptualization and presentation skills
- Strong sense of design flair and love of art
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to meet tight project deadlines.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative and enjoy working in team environments.
- Good communication skills
