Position: SuccessFactors BSA Lead

Location: Offshore – India

Experience: 4–6 Years

Preference: Candidates with genuine, hands-on SuccessFactors experience

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, preferably Employee Central
• Strong understanding of Core HR processes and employee lifecycle
• Experience working with global HR, Payroll, and IT teams
• Functional-level awareness of local compliance considerations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Prior HR Transformation experience is a plus
• LinkedIn profile mandatory
• 500+ connections
• Full name visible
• Professional profile photo
• Profile should reflect genuine/relevant experience
• 2 references required from previous Project Manager-level contacts
• Candidate must provide a 20-minute interview availability slot for Monday between 1:00 PM–5:00 PM IST
