Supplier Quality Supervisor (1 year contract)

Responsibility:

1. Make plan for AVL supplier annual audit to verify process & system

2. Work with source team to develop potential suppliers, New suppliers introduce QMS and QPA audit

3. Collaborate with CQE to identify and develop actions for improvement opportunities.

Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; Support CQE to prepare documents in NPI

4. Conduct constant quality performance review with supplier, Weekly ,Month review with supplier for key performance , Raw material inspection results supervision, Process audit . Supplier score card etc.

5. Train suppliers on quality standards and standard operating procedures ,quality tools to improve quality sense to reduce risks

6. Promote suppliers to sign the Supplier Quality Assurance Agreement and others if needed.

7. Assist suppliers to complete the certification required by customers

8. Promote continuous improvement of suppliers, Improve UPH,PY, Reduce costs and increase efficiency

Position Requirement/ Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree above;

2. Min 2-3 years work experience in quality field, Priority will be given to those with experience in book products management;

3. Knowledge of QC-7 tools, PFMEA, AQP, PPAP, 8D and SPC etc. quality tools;

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Excellent interpersonal skills

6. Good written and verbal in English or Chinese.

7. Result orientation, hands on, open mind, Can work under big pressure
