Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Supply Chain & Operations Supervisor to support and coordinate procurement, import logistics, inventory planning, and warehouse operations.

The role will work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth and timely product flow.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage local and overseas purchasing, including PO issuance and supplier follow-up.

* Coordinate import shipments, freight forwarders, shipping documents, customs clearance, and delivery schedules.

* Monitor inventory levels, open POs, lead times, and reorder requirements.

* Coordinate with Sales on demand forecasts and purchasing plans.

* Support warehouse operations, stock accuracy, receiving, and delivery coordination.

* Maintain product costing, purchasing records, and shipment information.

* Coordinate order status, stock availability, and ETA with Customer Service and Sales teams.

* Follow up and resolve supplier, shipment, and inventory-related issues.

* Prepare basic supply chain and inventory reports for management.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

* 4–6 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, import/export, or logistics.

* Experience with overseas suppliers and import documentation is preferred.

* Good command of English.

* Good Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems.

* Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

* Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Experience in distribution, trading, industrial products, or B2B business will be an advantage.
