Supply Chain Finance Analyst - Regional Support
Job Description
This role supports the regional Supply Chain Finance team across Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia. You will deliver standardized reporting, financial analysis, forecasting support, productivity tracking, benchmarking, and process improvements to enable better business decisions across Supply Chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly reports, KPI dashboards, and management updates.
- Support annual planning, forecasting, and periodic performance reviews.
- Track productivity initiatives, financial benefits, and implementation progress.
- Analyze financial trends, variances, and cross-market performance.
- Support capital investment, sustainability, and business case tracking.
- Validate financial data and maintain high standards of data accuracy and control.
- Standardize reporting templates, processes, calendars, and documentation across markets.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve analytical processes.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Capex, and Supply Chain teams across the region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in financial analysis, management reporting, forecasting, or Supply Chain Finance.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools is preferred.
- Good understanding of financial planning, variance analysis, and business performance reporting.
- Experience working with multiple data sources while maintaining accuracy and control.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with regional stakeholders.
- Strong financial analysis, management reporting, forecasting and variance-analysis fundamentals.
- Advanced Excel capability; working knowledge of Power BI or comparable data-visualization and automation tools.
- Understanding of Supply Chain Finance concepts, including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, productivity and capital.
- Ability to work with multiple data sources while maintaining accuracy, documentation and control discipline.
- Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to summarize analytical findings.
- Ability to manage recurring deliverables and multiple stakeholder requests across three markets.
