Supply Chain Frontline Operations Engineer

What You'll Do

• Resolve issues users encounter in our application systems, including system operations, business logic, business processes, and system errors. Analyze problems, guide users to solutions, or provide clear operating instructions.
• Follow every issue through to resolution and closure, and collect user satisfaction feedback.
• Escalate problems that can't be solved on-site for APAC users (Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia), transfer work orders, and collaborate with headquarters L1 to resolve them.
• Ensure the full work order lifecycle is closed-loop.
• Advise users on business processes and business norms across our IT professional systems.
• Take part in follow-up work after system modifications related to IT issue orders.
• Deliver training for users and key users based on operational needs.
• Investigate and handle new, unknown issues with intelligent robots.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree or above (full-time education), with 2+ years of operation and implementation experience in at least two of these systems: MES, MLS, APS, SCP, EAM, SRM, WMS, QMS.
• Solid understanding of supply chain system business processes.
• Ability to write scripts for database operations (add, delete, modify, query).
• Strong English reading and writing skills.
• Good communication skills, plus the ability to organize and summarize documents and work with the event manager to produce work order analysis reports.
• Proficiency with office software.

• Implementation or operations experience in the manufacturing industry
• Overseas operations experience
• Fluent spoken English
