Supply Chain Operations Specialist

Responsibility:

• Oversee supplier execution plans to ensure materials and products are delivered according to business requirements.
• Analyze supply chain performance trends and proactively address issues that may impact production schedules or customer commitments.
• Partner with suppliers to improve operational reliability and strengthen supply continuity across assigned categories.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions to minimize disruptions and improve overall supply chain stability.
• Manage assigned supply chain activities and initiatives while maintaining compliance with established operational standards.
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate effective issue resolution and performance improvement.
• Evaluate supplier manufacturing capabilities, utilization levels, and scalability through on-site assessments and operational reviews.
• Monitor inventory, order fulfillment, and production capacity indicators to support informed planning and execution decisions.
• Prepare performance analyses and management updates, highlighting key risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects that enhance supplier responsiveness, efficiency, and service performance.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, project/process management.
• Supply chain experience in manufacturing background.
• Proficient in data analysis with Excel, SQL, Pythons and PPT.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience of IE/ lean manufacturing/factory operations/production management/six sigma is a plus.
