Job Overview

The SUPV II MAINTENANCE [Technician & Fixture] is responsible for ensuring fixture and tooling readiness to support daily production operations. This role oversees fixture inspection, preventive maintenance, repair coordination, and setup readiness while working closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and control fixture/tooling master data, including status, ownership, and usage.
• Conduct and monitor routine fixture inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
• Coordinate fixture repairs, replacements, and vendor support to ensure production continuity.
• Support production setup and changeover activities by ensuring fixture readiness and compliance.
• Investigate and resolve fixture-related quality issues, including misalignment, wear, and component damage.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and repair histories.
• Drive fixture-related continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and defects.
• Train technicians and production operators on proper fixture handling, inspection, and abnormality reporting.
• Support customer, ISO, and internal audits through complete documentation and traceability.
  
  

What Your Background Should Look Like

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in fixture, tooling, maintenance, or manufacturing support.
• Knowledge of fixture maintenance, inspection, and repair.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with measurement and inspection tools.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic English communication skills.Experience in electronics or automotive manufacturing is preferred.
