System Analyst

You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing system workflows, and coordinating with development teams to support the development and enhancement of the Max Me application at PTG Energy.

Technical Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in system analysis and system design.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, application workflows, and system integration.
• Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Strong analytical skills in data analysis, data flow, and database relationships.
• Understanding of API integration and interactions between applications and backend systems.
• Basic knowledge of C# and .NET technologies to understand application logic and collaborate effectively with development teams.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL, will be an advantage.
• Ability to design and develop dashboard reports to support business and management requirements.
• Strong attention to detail in preparing system documentation, including functional specifications, system design documents, and data flow diagrams.
• Ability to prepare test cases and test scenarios and perform system testing to ensure that deliverables meet business requirements.
