MR. D.I.Y. is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional who can independently manage high-volume hiring for Distribution Center (DC) and Warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should be energetic, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Job Description:
- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition for DC and warehouse positions, including Logistics Staff, Drivers, Warehouse Operations, and related roles.
- Handle end-to-end hiring processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
- Collaborate with DC Operations Managers and HR teams to forecast manpower needs and develop hiring plans.
- Organize and participate in recruitment activities such as walk-in interviews, job fairs, and targeted hiring campaigns for warehouse operations.
- Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure accurate documentation for new hires.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for logistics and warehouse positions to support future hiring needs.
- Monitor hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, hiring volume, attendance rate) and provide regular reports.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract candidates for DC and warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, mass hiring, or logistics/warehouse hiring.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with DC, warehouse, or logistics operations is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to distribution centers or recruitment events when required.
