About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to manage hiring for our Business Process Services (BPS) vertical. This role requires expertise in high-volume BPO hiring, large-scale ramp-ups, and strategic recruitment planning for service organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for BPS, including volume and leadership hiring.
• Drive bulk hiring and manage large ramp-up projects within defined timelines and budgets.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
• Manage vendor partnerships and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Optimize cost of hiring and enhance sourcing channels.
• Track and report recruitment metrics, including TAT, channel utilization, and budget adherence.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and stakeholder engagement throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• 15–18 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on BPO hiring.

Required Skills

• Proven track record in managing large-scale ramp-ups and high-volume recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment analytics, reporting, and vendor management.

Preferred Skills

• Full time Graduation from a Tier 1 college
• full time MBA preferred from Tier I/ Tier II college.
• Exposure to program management and business analytics.
