Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Thailand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for the mobile and IoT industries, with deep knowledge of the Thai talent marketparticularly in retail, sales, and marketing functions. You will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and onboarding top talent to support Nothings growth in Thailand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for retail, sales, marketing, and technical roles.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, networking events, etc.).
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on salary trends, benefits, and talent dynamics in Thailands mobile and IoT sectors.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to align recruitment practices with company standards.
  • Provide insights on local talent availability, competitive intelligence, and hiring challenges.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the mobile technology or IoT industry.
  • Proven track record of hiring for retail, sales, and marketing roles in Thailand.
  • Strong understanding of Thailands labor laws, salary benchmarks, and talent landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Thai.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in multinational or tech-focused companies.
  • Knowledge of employer branding strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
