Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting across multiple functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about building strong talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through multiple channels.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or HR Recruitment.
• Experience with direct sourcing and headhunting techniques.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and trends.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
