The Role
We're looking for a driven Technology Recruitment Specialist with 2-5 years of agency-side experience to join our team. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end recruitment journey across a diverse range of technology roles from Data Technology, DevOps, Commercial IT, and beyond.
You'll play a key role in connecting exceptional tech talent with leading organizations, building trusted relationships with both candidates and clients, and helping shape the teams behind tomorrow's technology.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full life cycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing.
- Client & Candidate Care: Build strong, consultative relationships as a trusted advisor to both clients and talent.
- Market Mapping: Stay updated on tech trends and talent pools to provide accurate market insights.
