Role Description

As a Technical Consultant (Pre-Sales), you will serve as the sole technical owner for 2–3 designated enterprise cybersecurity products, maintaining hands-on mastery over demos, technical collateral, and knowledge assets. You will drive customer engagement from the ground up—conducting comprehensive discovery sessions, architecting tailored solution demonstrations, and leading end-to-end Proof of Concepts (POCs) from defining measurable success criteria to delivering technical wins.

Beyond pre-sales demonstrations, you will be instrumental in ensuring technical compliance on high-stakes enterprise and public-sector TOR/RFP bids. You will oversee deployments through to formal customer sign-off and documented handovers, empower partner SE teams through technical enablement, and act as the primary day-to-day liaison with vendor.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in cybersecurity pre-sales, systems integration, or enterprise IT security.
• Proven track record leading customer-facing POCs or solution deployments through to formal sign-off.
• Hands-on technical experience with at least one enterprise security domain: Vulnerability Management, PAM, Identity, Network Security, Data Protection, Endpoint, or SIEM.
• Strong working knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, TLS) and administrator-level proficiency in Linux or Windows Server environments.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead customer meetings and deliver compelling technical presentations.
• Strong technical writing skills with high precision in RFP/TOR compliance matrices and proposal documentation.
• Professional fluency in Thai and working proficiency in English (sufficient for vendor interactions and technical documentation).
• Legally authorized to work in Thailand and capable of traveling to customer and partner sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading competitive or multi-vendor POCs with defined customer success criteria.
• Background in a distributor or Value-Added Reseller (VAR) environment, with experience selling through partner ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Thai public-sector procurement processes, including TOR compliance matrices, e-bidding, and tender cycles.
• Understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements (e.g., BOT-supervised financial institutions, healthcare, critical information infrastructure, and PDPA).
• Associate-level cybersecurity or cloud certifications.
• Scripting or automation capabilities (Python, PowerShell, Ansible).
