Technical Lead (AI/ML)

ABOUT THE JOB

You will provide technical leadership across AI initiatives, helping build high-performance, scalable, and reliable AI platforms that address complex business challenges.

• Design and lead end-to-end AI/ML architectures, including data pipelines, feature stores, model training, deployment, and MLOps.
• Architect high-performance ML systems using deep learning, recommendation systems, and reinforcement learning.
• Build and optimize large-scale distributed AI and data platforms using cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, Spark, and modern ML infrastructure.
• Design and develop real-time, low-latency inference solutions for scalable AI-powered products and services.
• Drive technical decisions and engineering best practices across AI/ML initiatives.
• Establish and promote AI governance, security, model risk management, and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with data, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to ensure AI/ML solutions are reliable, secure, and production-ready.
  
  

About You

• 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering or ML Engineering.
• Significant experience in AI/ML Architecture, AI/ML Platforms, or Technical Leadership.
• Proven experience designing and scaling end-to-end AI/ML systems in production.
• Strong knowledge of data pipelines, feature stores, model training/serving, and MLOps.
• Deep expertise in Machine Learning system design, including Deep Learning and Recommendation Systems.
• Experience with Reinforcement Learning is a plus.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, Spark, and cloud-based ML platforms.
• Experience designing real-time, low-latency inference systems at scale.
• Understanding of AI governance, model risk management, security, and responsible AI.
• Strong technical leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive technical initiatives from architecture through production.
