Role Description

- Lead technical integration across Design, Engineering, Construction, QA/QC and Commissioning

- Coordinate Electrical, Mechanical, Telecom, Security, BMS, PMS, and ELV systems

- Manage technical risks, design changes, and interface issues

- Support Commissioning, Integrated Systems Testing (IST), and Handover activities

- Facilitate technical workshops and cross-functional stakeholder alignment

- Review technical documentation, procedures, and commissioning deliverables

- Develop lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualification

-Candidates should possess strong Program Management and Project Management skills to lead multiple initiatives, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

-Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, support decision-making, and optimize project performance.

-Candidates should possess experience in Software Development to understand technical architectures, development lifecycles, and to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

-Candidates should possess Product Management capabilities to align technical programs with business goals, prioritize features, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Scrum/Agile) are beneficial.

-Demonstrated experience managing large-scale technical or infrastructure projects, preferably in construction, engineering, or technology-driven environments.

-Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.

-Proficiency with project and program management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello, or equivalent) and familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

-Ability to relocate.
