About The Role

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex technical projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in driving the successful execution of our technical initiatives, contributing to the company's growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage technical projects, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential issues.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates.
  • Facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication and decision-making.
  • Implement and enforce project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in technical project management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects within the cybersecurity domain is preferred.
