As part of its continued expansion across the Asia-Pacific region, the company is seeking a talented Technical Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of airport equipment projects while coordinating with international stakeholders, manufacturing facilities, clients, and suppliers.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate airport equipment projects from planning through execution. This role will serve as the central point of contact between customers, engineering teams, manufacturing facilities, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in Project Management, Technical Project Coordination, Electromechanical Systems, Engineering Projects, Airport Infrastructure, Industrial Equipment, or International Project Execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the technical, commercial, and administrative aspects of airport equipment projects.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, manufacturing facilities, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, milestones, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve potential issues and delays.
• Coordinate logistics activities, including equipment readiness, shipment planning, and delivery schedules.
• Support site-related activities and coordinate communication with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, approvals, technical queries, and contract-related administration.
• Prepare and support project reporting, invoicing, and project performance updates.
• Facilitate customer meetings and maintain effective communication throughout project execution.
• Provide technical support and engineering input during proposal preparation and commercial discussions.
• Ensure effective collaboration between regional and international stakeholders across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Project Engineering, Technical Coordination, or related fields.
• Good understanding of electromechanical systems and industrial equipment.
• Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced international environment.
• Professional proficiency in English for communication with regional and global stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally within the APAC region when required.
• Experience within aviation, airport infrastructure, transportation systems, industrial machinery, automation, or engineering projects would be highly advantageous.
• PMP, Prince2, or other Project Management certifications will be considered a plus.
