Job Title: Technical Security Specialist (Managing CCTV Projects)

Key Responsibilities / Expertise
Security Systems Design
- Expert in electronic security systems design
- CCTV, Access Control (ACS), intrusion detection, and physical security infrastructure
Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge
- Deep understanding of global and APAC compliance frameworks
- GDPR, China PIPL, Vietnam PDPD, and evolving regional privacy laws
Security Engineering & Infrastructure
- Proven experience in security engineering and integration
- Low-voltage systems, life safety, and network infrastructure
Technical Expertise
- Advanced security-specific technical qualifications in both hardware and software/programming
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2018+; Revit is desirable
Enterprise Security Platforms
- Familiar with enterprise platforms: Avigilon, Lenel S2, Genetec, Gallagher, Milestone, Axis, Bosch, Honeywell Pro-Watch, C-Cure, Zenitel, etc.
Industry Network
- Industry networking and vendor relationships
- Strong contacts with integrators and technology providers for accelerated delivery
Project & Design Coordination
- Design coordination and project leadership
- Works with architects, contractors, and global TSCoE teams to ensure standardization
Security Governance
- Security awareness and risk governance
- Ability to embed compliance and governance into technical design
- Good to Fluent in English only (Manager is Expat, located in Thailand)
- Minimum 6 years of experience
- No team members
- May require occasional travel within Thailand and across the APAC region
- Monday to Friday, flexible working hours (no overtime payment for extended working hours)
