Technical Service Engineer

. Grow Technical business revenue, market share and profit goals to meet objectives

. Secure Maintenance contracts, Repairs, Overhauls and Replacement for Terminal equipment

. Develop and provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers

. Provide technical consultation and service to customers

. Enhance customer obsession and experience.

. Other tasks as assigned

• Provide excellent customer service & maintain excellent customer relationship
• Lead the service team

Requirements

. Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Engineering with min. 2-year relevant working experience

. Experienced in conducting training

. Outgoing, positive, driven, self-motivated and possess a hunter mentality

. Ability to work independently and under pressure

. Strong communication skills and a teamwork attitude

REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS
