Technical Specialist

Position: Technical Coordinator

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Responsibilities

• Coordinate solar project construction, site progress, quality inspections, HSE compliance and handover.
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor project schedules, technical issues and contractor performance.
• Serve as the Mandarin-speaking liaison between Chinese customers, EPC partners and internal technical teams.
• Liaise with O&M teams to resolve operational issues, coordinate maintenance and prepare performance reports.
• Support PPA billing, customer queries, project documentation and ongoing account management.
• Provide regular project updates and identify potential business expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical or Mechanical) or Construction Management.
• 2–6 years of experience in solar, construction, EPC or industrial projects, with hands-on site experience.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written), with fluent Thai and/or good English.
• Currently based in Thailand, with a good understanding of local working practices.
• Able to read engineering drawings and coordinate effectively with customers, contractors and technical teams.
• Willing to travel frequently to project sites across Thailand.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working independently in a lean team
