THE ROLE

Reporting to the Technical Manager, Everyday Needs, you will support the Health & Beauty, Household Cleaning, Baby care and Pet care categories to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality products for customers through:

Product Development

• Collaborate with category business teams, offering technical expertise throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
• Define product technical requirements to guarantee due diligence and regulatory adherence.

Product Safety, Quality and Compliance

• Ensure consistent quality and safety of supplied products.
• Continuously monitor and assure product compliance with regulations, Woolworths Policies, and Standards.
• Monitor customer feedback, investigate issues, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement and enhanced customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement in product quality.
• Support the implementation of Woolworths Group Sustainability Plan priorities.

Supplier Management

• Assess supplier capabilities and processes to ensure the delivery of fit-for-purpose products.
• Verify supplier adherence to the Woolworths Supplier Excellence Program.
• Conduct factory visits for site assessments, investigations, engagement or any other purposes. Supporting other teammates’ factory visits may be required.

You will also support Bangkok office operations through administrative tasks and fulfill additional requests from the line manager.

WHO YOU ARE

• Minimum 3 years&apos technical product development experience in an international buying office, preferably with experience in Health, Beauty, Baby, Household & Pet.
• Knowledge and experience with manufacturing and sustainable products is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Proven track record of delivering safe, compliance, and high-quality products to customers.
• Prioritize a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in English and Thai is essential for effective communication; fluency in another Asian language would be advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across product areas within specified timelines.
• Demonstrated supplier and stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Understanding of country and global supply chain processes.
• Experience managing and influencing internal & external stakeholders.
• Risk assessment knowledge and practical experience.
• Extensive experience reviewing and releasing products for the retail market (Australian market knowledge is highly advantageous).
• Proficient to work independently and effective virtual collaboration with international team members.
