Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to support business growth in Indonesia, especially in AEC industies.The position will be based in Bangkok office.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide remote and on-site technical support to key end users(20 key AEC ECO(Developer & Consultant)),including but not limited to: usage of the software, troubleshoot, advise solutions, record issue reports, collect users feedback, etc.

2. Release technical resources based on different industries research, inlcuding but not limited to: whole workflow ; steps in using ZW software; ZW software advantanges and disadvantages; ZW solutions to end user ; suggestions to ZW R&D team

3. Provide technical service to resellers, including but not limited to: product training, product demo, Q&A, assist with the installation and configuration, offer solutions.

4. Generate/translate product and technical resources, including but not limited to product introduction script, poster, video, tutorial, competent product news or reports.

5. Collaborate with colleagues in teamwork to achieve the Indonesia branch target

Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor degree. Prefer civil architecture, engineering, construction or relevant majors

2. 2+ years sales/tech support experience, work experience in developer /consultant /architecture /engineer /construction /IT companies and government sectors is a plus.

3. Well understand and experienced in using CAD , BIM or 3D software, e.g. ZWCAD, AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, Sketch-Up, GstarCAD, V-ray, Vectorworks,Enscape, Lumion, E3.Series, STAAD,MicroStation

4. Superior presentation, problem-solving and communication skills

5. Fluent in verbal and written English is a must. Fluent in Chinese will be a plus
