Your responsibilities

Maintenance techniciansare essential for maintaining machinery and equipment running smoothly. They are responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and making necessary repairs to prevent downtime and ensure operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintenance Technician

Mechanical role, preferably within the food industry.
Experience reading, comprehending mechanical and electrical schematic drawings.
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and perform maintenance on various equipment.
Knowledge and understanding in the use of conveyors, PLCs, powder processes and equipment, packaging machinery, weight scales, Robot.
Positive attitude and ability to problem solve and multi-task.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Knowledge of MS Office.
Good knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations.
Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as required and willingness to work varied shifts which may include evenings and weekends

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute preventative maintenance program as per schedule on all equipment, machinery.
Conduct diagnostic checks, troubleshooting, and repair for all equipment, plant wide (mechanical, electrical and programmable logic controllers).
Report all health and safety risks to Maintenance Manager.
Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on machinery as required.
Perform general production machine maintenance.
Work in a safe manner in accordance with all company policies and procedures as well as occupational health and safety laws.
Other responsibilities as required by the Maintenance Manager.

The experience we're looking for

2-5 years experience in factory, food or medicine industrial are prefer and welcome new graduate.
Previous working experience as a Maintenance Technician.
High vocational certificate or higher in Mechanical, Electrical or related.
Advanced understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
In depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
Applicable knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
Manual dexterity and attention to detail
Problem solving aptitude
