- Control systems & equipment installed area the building.
- Make the preventive maintenance.
- Make a checklist as assigned from the Engineer and Senior Technician.
- Keep description into the company rules keep in line with the company rules.
- Investigate & repair equipment as requested by tenants.
- Fully inspect all electrical pneumatic climate controls and valves.
- Keep detailed records of the chiller consumption and the temperature of the air conditioning system.
- Provide electrical and telephone system for exhibitions.
- Be prepared for any emergencies or unexpected situations that may arise.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Vocation or Diploma in Electricity or related field.
- New graduate are welcome, if have experience will be advantage.
- Have experience in PM, Building system in high rise building
- Have electronical license will be advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Good interpersonal skills
- Available to work in shift
