Technology COE Enablement - Program Manager, Cloud

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Technology COE Enablement.

In this strategic role, you will be instrumental in setting up Technology Centers of Excellence (COE) to provide access to technology resources with highly in-demand skills. You will be at the forefront of innovation, ensuring the success of COE enablement by overseeing methodology, delivery, partner management, dependencies across workstreams and subsidiaries, and performance and risk management.

• At least 3-5 years in roles of Consulting, Business Analyst, Business Process Improvement, Solution Architecture
• Logical problem solver - proactively anticipate roadblocks and issues, react quickly to unforeseeable problems, and ability to connect artefacts and identify impact at a big picture
• Strong interpersonal to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive success of COE setup and build mutually beneficial relationships
• Comfortable in ambiguity and enjoy tackling unexpected challenges under dynamic working environment
• Fluent in English
• Prior experience in Financial Services and Digital industries
• Knowledge in banking architecture, data governance architecture, cloud, and/or, cybersecurity
• Proven working experience in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and/or program management
