Technology Design & Development Specialist (For Corporate Food Quality Assurance)

Key Responsibilities :

1.Strategic Planning and Execution

Develop and implement strategic plans by identifying digital transformation projects or improvement opportunities. Design operational plans and guidelines to ensure digital transformation aligns with the company's technological direction. Estimate budgets for technology acquisition and prioritize technology adoption initiatives.

2.Process Design and Improvement

Design and enhance processes by integrating technologies to improve operational efficiency. Implement automation systems, AI, machine learning, IoT, and software solutions in production, inspection, and quality control processes to replace manual tasks and boost performance.

3.Technology Implementation and Problem Solving

Monitor and resolve technology-related issues to simplify and innovate processes. Improve product inspection systems for greater stability and efficiency through technological enhancements.

4.Data Collection and Reporting Design

Design data collection methods, data analysis approaches, and quality reporting formats using dashboards for clear and actionable insights.

5.Real-Time Quality Monitoring and Analysis

Analyze real-time quality inspection data to monitor production standards and enhance efficiency. Use data analytics to identify root causes, forecast potential issues, and implement sustainable solutions for process and product development.

6.Training Program Development

Design training programs, control content, and conduct sessions to educate teams on the principles and benefits of new quality control technologies. Promote confidence and a culture that values digital transformation.

7.Innovation and Research Promotion

Support emerging technology and innovation research. Study, monitor, and pilot new technologies, proposing applications in quality assurance. Foster collaboration with technology providers to co-design solutions and advance innovation in quality assurance.

8.Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with internal and external teams to manage digital transformation projects. Work closely with delivery teams to develop, improve, and monitor case studies, ensuring smooth, fast, and efficient operations aligned with organizational goals.

9.Annual Budget Reporting

Compile and summarize current year expenses and propose budgets for the following year. Include business group expenses, spending categories, asset budgets, and workforce budgets for the entire quality assurance department. Analyze data for budget reporting and planning.

10.KPI Reporting and Analysis

Collect and analyze data to report departmental KPIs, supporting performance tracking and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT or higher.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and designing digital systems, particularly in the food industry or manufacturing sector.
• Proven experience in utilizing software solutions for production operations, quality assurance, or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of industry technologies, including ERP systems and data analytics.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficient in computer systems, including the use of software solutions, database design, and coding.
