Technology Supervisor

To provide support and co-operation with Sales, Product manager and Technical Services to generate higher sale turnover with a target achievement by developing new functional additive products and improving the existing additive masterbatch products according to customer requirements or to serve new potential customers / markets.

Conduct Experimental Trial

• To test the properties of newly developed masterbatches in accordance with requirements for customers
• To provide a regular information to Sales and Product manager on any new application development
• To be hand-in-hand with Sales and Product development on new product / innovation presentation to customers.
• To give suggestion to Analytical officer on experimental trial procedures and details
• To issue Technical Data Sheet (TDS) of new additive developed products for customers as guideline.
• To source for additives and test alternative raw materialsby comparing the existing raw materials.

Production, QC/QA and SCM team support

• To assist in troubleshooting of any operational problem occur in production and suggest the solution.
• To assist and give suggestion in customer complaint to find possible root cause and make preventive action
• To co-operate with sourcing team on finding alternative raw materials to produce product with good quality and deliver on time
• To give some guidance for processing and critical control points for QC and production for smooth lab transfer to production
• To participate the ISO/5S/Safety program including documents, workshop and audit

Knowledge management

• Supervision skill to ensure the competency of analytical testing team up to industrial level and could deliver the result precisely and on time
• Good initiative , collaboration, engagement to ensure all the task done timely
• Good communication skill in both Thai and language in order to collaborate well to other functions
• Transfer knowledge , best practice from other regions and implement locally effectively
• Update SOP & WI of all documents which related to your work according to ISO regularly
