We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele-Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, generating leads, coordinating with customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
  • Explain products/services effectively and address customer queries.
  • Schedule appointments as per expert availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM/database.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth operations.
  • Work efficiently in rotational shifts and weekly offs (day shifts only).

Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick learner with good CRM/database handling skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
  • Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or sales roles preferred.
