The Schneider Graduate Program (SGP) is a 2-year accelerated development journey designed to build our future talent pipeline. About the Role: Tender Engineer

• Support the preparation and coordination of technical and commercial tender submissions.
• Analyze customer requirements, tender specifications, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, application engineers, project teams, and other stakeholders to develop competitive proposals.
• Ensure tender documents are completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Assist in preparing technical compliance documents, quotations, and solution proposals.
• Participate in bid strategy discussions and proposal review processes.
• Gain exposure to Schneider Electric's broad portfolio of energy management and automation solutions.
• Develop strong project coordination, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
