Job Description

Are you an experienced contracts professional with a strong background in tender management and procurement Our client, a reputable A1 Main Contractor, is seeking a Tender Manager to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end-to-end tendering process for major construction projects.
Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and contractual requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
Develop tender strategies, pricing and commercial submissions in line with project requirements.
Conduct cost analysis, value engineering and risk assessments during tender preparation.
Prepare and review tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Work closely with the commercial, technical and project teams to ensure competitive and commercially viable bids.

Requirements

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in tendering and contract administration, preferably with an A1 main contractor
Strong knowledge of local building contracts (e.g., PSSCOC, SIA) and tender processes
Candidates with non-residential building project experience are highly desirable
