Job Responsibilities

1. Source, outreach and negotiate with local KOL/KOC, live streamers, MCN agencies and TSP partners focusing on beauty & skincare vertical in Thailand / Vietnam. Build and continuously update categorized influencer database; maintain long‑term partnership with creators. Existing local beauty live‑streamer resources are highly preferred.
2. End‑to‑end manage influencer live‑stream campaigns: requirement alignment, commercial negotiation (commission, appearance fee, barter, exclusive live show), product sampling, brief & script alignment, scheduling, on‑live coordination, product cart setup and post‑campaign follow‑up, deliver agreed GMV and ROI targets.
3. Monitor live‑stream KPIs including view volume, conversion rate, GMV, AOV and ROI. Conduct regular performance review, identify high‑performing creators and phase out low‑efficiency resources. Optimize live scripts, product mix and commission strategy for beauty‑skincare items.
4. Support new‑product launch & big‑sale campaigns: recruit live‑streamers, arrange live calendar, combine short‑video seeding and live‑stream conversion. Co‑design beauty‑themed exclusive live sessions with MCNs.
5. Collect market intelligence: track competitor's influencer strategy, commission benchmark and local beauty consumer preference, feed insights back to product and operation teams.
6. Collaborate with China‑based brand, operation and supply‑chain teams. Manage sample requests, creator feedback and settlement follow‑up to ensure full project closure.

Job Requirements

1. 1‑3 years hands‑on experience as KOL BD / Media Specialist for TikTok Shop Southeast‑Asia. Prior on‑site working experience in Thailand or Vietnam is a plus. Deep understanding of beauty & skincare vertical; capable of evaluating live‑stream performance beyond follower count.
2. Ready‑made existing connections with local beauty‑skincare live‑streamers, MCNs and TSPs in Thailand or Vietnam, able to kick‑off collaborations quickly. Familiar with local market rate for commission and appearance fee.
3. Business‑level English for daily communication; Thai / Vietnamese language is a strong plus. Fluent Chinese for sync with headquarters team.
4. Proficient in TikTok Shop backend & Influencer Affiliate system, solid commercial negotiation skills, result‑driven, comfortable with GMV‑oriented KPI.
5. Basic data‑analysis capability, proficient in Excel for influencer ledger and performance tracking.
6. Must work full‑time on‑site in Bangkok or Ho Chi Minh City, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice‑to‑have: Past track‑record with Chinese beauty brand SEA expansion; knowledge of local cosmetic compliance; established relationships with local MCN / TSP partners.
