Role Description The Thai Restaurant Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangkok Mango Tree, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience. This position supervises restaurant staff, coordinates shift schedules, and monitors service standards to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The supervisor supports front-of-house operations, collaborates with kitchen teams to ensure timely and accurate food delivery, and handles customer feedback and service recovery as needed. Additional duties include monitoring food and beverage presentation, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, assisting with inventory control, and supporting training and development of team members.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and experience overseeing restaurant or hospitality teams in written and spoken Thai language.
  • Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction and proven Customer Service capabilities.
  • Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
  • Candidates should possess solid Food & Beverage knowledge, particularly in Thai cuisine and restaurant service standards.
  • Previous experience in restaurant or hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of hygiene, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures in food service.
