Key Responsibilities
Delivery as per Area Budget
- Lead and set direction for the sales team according to budget, covering delivery of Ocean and LNS volumes, revenue growth, and profit optimization
- Coach and drive the sales team to sell and grow all products
- Define and set targets for sales incentives together with Sales FBP
Business Target Management
- Define and deliver changes to business targets based on market and asset view
- Activate the Capacity and Campaign functions to formalize commercial plans
Customer Satisfaction
- Actively monitor local NPS across segments and drive local initiatives to improve customer satisfaction for all local accounts
Stakeholder Management
- Manage stakeholders across area, regional, and global functions
- Actively provide feedback to product teams based on customer feedback and insights
- Feed Business Development Managers with relevant leads
Team Development
- Build and develop a world-class sales team
- Ensure succession plans are in place for key roles, including own role
- Coach direct reports for success and development
- Manage local and global engagement
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum 710 years of experience in sales or commercial roles within logistics, shipping, or supply chain industries
- Proven experience leading and developing sales teams in a matrix or international environment
- Strong understanding of Ocean and LNS products and integrated logistics solutions
- Solid commercial and financial acumen, including budget ownership and performance management
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance, revenue growth, and profitability
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into executable commercial plans
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to engage and influence senior internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams at local, regional, and global levels
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people development capabilities
- Resilient, performance-driven, and customer-focused mindset
- Fluent in English and Thai native-speaking.
