Job Description

To support trade compliance outsourced activities: GTS Daily Operations:

a) Perform daily inbound shipment tasks such as:

. Monitoring import shipments via shipment reports and/or pre-alert for and ensuring timely customs data to be sent to broker.

. Validation and investigation of system generated data and its discrepancies against the physical shipment documents and perform correction of discrepancies to ensure accuracy of data sent to broker.

. Monitoring and filing of any shipment discrepancies.

. Validation of business partners and clear incompleteness checks. . Logging of IT tickets for errors found in SAP system.

b) Perform daily inbound shipment Commercial Invoice tasks:

. Check and release held CIs in the GTS system.

. Following up with teams for readiness to PSubs and escalation of issues as required.

. Monitoring of discrepancies and ensuring correctness in commercial invoices generated.

. Logging of IT tickets for errors found in SAP system.

c) Perform daily outbound shipment tasks

. Monitoring of export shipments via shipment bookings/requests to ensure that data were sent to the broker in a timely manner to fulfil AED compliance.

. To escalate as required Validation and investigation of system generated data and its discrepancies against physical shipment documents and correction of discrepancies to ensure accuracy of data sent to broker.

. Monitoring and filing of any shipment discrepancies.

. Validation of business partners and clear incompleteness checks.

. Logging of IT tickets for errors found in SAP system.
