We're hiring: Trade Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead trade marketing planning and execution for the Baby category, ensuring strong sales performance, brand visibility, and effective promotion deployment across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, and E-commerce channels.
- Develop annual trade marketing strategy and promotion calendar by account, aligning campaign activities, trade programs, and customer plans with overall business targets and brand direction.
- Manage Trade Term Agreement (TTA) and trade spending budget, ensuring efficient allocation of promotion investment, cost control, and compliance with P&L and profitability objectives.
- Work closely with Sales and Key Account teams to prepare account plans, promotion proposals, and customer activities to drive revenue growth and strengthen channel performance.
- Coordinate with Brand team to execute marketing campaigns in trade channels, ensuring consistency of communication, strong in-store visibility, and effective sell-out support.
- Plan and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, and customer promotions across all channels to maximize market impact and commercial results.
- Monitor sales performance, promotion effectiveness, and trade spending, providing analysis and recommendations to improve ROI, margin, and overall business performance.
- Strengthen relationships with Modern Trade partners, distributors, and key customers to support negotiation, listing, promotion planning, and long-term business development.
- Ensure accurate demand planning and coordination with Supply Chain to support promotion activities, stock availability, and smooth execution in trade channels.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and shopper behavior to identify opportunities and adjust trade strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with Brand, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Merchandising teams to ensure alignment in planning, budgeting, and execution across all commercial activities.
- Support the Brand Director / Commercial Head in business planning, performance tracking, and development of growth strategies for the Baby category.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3–8 years experience in Trade Marketing / Sales / Key Account in FMCG
- Experience in Toiletries / Personal Care / Household / Baby products preferred
- Strong experience with Modern Trade channels
- Experience managing TTA / trade budget / promotion cost
- Experience in annual promotion planning by account
- Understanding of P&L and commercial margin
- Strong coordination and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, proactive, energetic personality
- Age range preferred: 25–35 years
