Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage transportation operations to achieve business objectives and meet SLA requirements.
- Plan and optimize transportation resources for maximum efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and prepare operational reports.
- Coordinate with customers, transport providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Bachelor's degree or above in any field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team management role.
- Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
