Transportation Procurement Manager(Chinese Speaking)_

Job Description

1. Support the selection of suitable joint-venture companies (suppliers) to operate parcel delivery vehicles along the specified routes.

2. Distribute bus routes to each bus company (supplier) and arrange bus companies on newly opened routes to meet business plans and customer needs in a timely manner.

3. Inspect the operations of the joint venture companies (Suppliers) and conduct random field inspections of the actual operations of the joint venture companies (Suppliers).

4. Coordinate transportation management with other relevant departments.

5. Support other tasks assigned by supervisors or the organization.

6. Prepare a work summary report as scheduled.

7. Control costs and fines of shared transportation companies (suppliers)

8. Able to manage teams: Manage the team to meet the company's KPIs.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.

2.At least 3–5 years of experience in Express Delivery, Logistics, or third-party logistics solution companies.

3.Proficient in Chinese communication

4. Experience in team management

5. Experience in sourcing and selecting Suppliers, including price negotiation

• Strong skills in price negotiation and Supplier management.
• Ability to analyze and control transportation costs.
• Strong team management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proficient in Excel and cost-related reporting.
