UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designerwho is passionate about turning complexproblems into simple,beautiful, and functional user interfaces. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and data scientists to craft experiences that users love and trust. From wireframes to hi-fidelity prototypes and design systems,your work will play a central role in definingthe feel of our AI-drivenproducts.

Key Responsibilities

Translate productvision and user needs into seamless, intuitivedesigns.

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.

Design polished UI screens, prototypes, and interactive elements using Figma or equivalent tools. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedbacksessions to iterateon designs.

Maintain and evolve designsystems and reusablecomponents for scalability and consistency. Design for responsiveness across devices – desktop, tablet,and mobile.

Advocate for user-centric design thinking acrossthe organization.

Must-have Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2–6 years of experience in UI/UX design for web or SaaS products.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar designtools.

Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design across web and mobile applications. Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles. Good understanding of UX research methodologies and usability testing.

Ability to communicate design concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good-To-Have (Preferred)

Experience working on AI/ML-based products, data visualization, or enterprise dashboards.

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/ReactJS to collaborate effectively with frontend developers. Experience with tools like Miro, Zeplin, or Storybook.

Familiarity with user analyticstools like Hotjar,Mixpanel, or GoogleAnalytics.
