About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven UiPath Engineering & Automation Lead to lead our enterprise Intelligent Automation capability. This role will own the end-to-end automation lifecycle, including strategy, delivery, platform engineering, governance, production support, and business value realization.

The successful candidate will lead a high-performing Automation CoE and drive large-scale automation transformation initiatives leveraging UiPath, AI, and Intelligent Document Processing technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the enterprise automation roadmap.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Drive innovation through AI, Agentic Automation, Process Mining, and Intelligent Document Processing.

Automation Delivery

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of UiPath solutions.
• Oversee automation portfolio planning, delivery governance, and resource management.
• Ensure automation solutions meet quality, security, and scalability standards.

Operations & Service Ownership

• Own production support and operational performance of the automation estate.
• Ensure platform stability, availability, SLA compliance, and service excellence.
• Lead incident, problem, change, and release management activities.

Governance & Compliance

• Establish and maintain Automation CoE standards, controls, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements.
• Manage automation risk, resilience, and business continuity planning.

Stakeholder & Financial Management

• Present automation strategy and performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and UiPath licensing investments.
• Track ROI, productivity gains, and business benefits delivered through automation.

Required Experience

• 15+ years of experience in Technology, Operations, Automation, or Digital Transformation.
• 6+ years leading large-scale UiPath or RPA programs.
• Proven experience building and managing Automation Centers of Excellence.
• Strong leadership experience across engineering, operations, and support functions.
• Experience engaging with CIO, COO, CFO, and executive stakeholders.
