Vending Machine Maintenance Technician / Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Vending Machine Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on automated vending machines to ensure optimal operation.
• Troubleshoot and replace electrical components, control boards, wiring harnesses, and mechanical parts to restore machine functionality.
• Conduct new machine setup, testing, firmware/software updates, and configuration before deployment to guarantee readiness.
• Respond promptly to technical fault reports to minimize machine downtime and maintain service reliability.
• Maintain clear and accurate logs of maintenance activities, parts replacement, and servicing history for record-keeping and analysis.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and fix issues independently without daily supervision.
• Handle physical tasks such as loading, moving equipment parts, and conducting site inspections safely and efficiently.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, or automated equipment servicing prior experience with vending machines or kiosks is an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of circuit systems, board replacement, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• A valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License to travel between servicing sites if required.
