Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Vice President, Finance to lead the company's financial strategy and oversee all finance functions, including financial planning & analysis, treasury, budgeting, financial reporting, tax, and internal controls. This role will also play a key leadership role in supporting the company's growth through strategic investments and project financing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate finance strategy and oversee FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cash flow, financial reporting, tax, and internal controls.
- Drive financial performance and provide strategic insights to support executive decision-making.
- Lead Project Finance activities, including financial structuring, financial modeling, funding strategy, lender negotiations, due diligence, and financial close for renewable energy projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial banks, financial institutions, investors, and other financing partners.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, capital expenditure, M&A, refinancing, and other strategic financing initiatives.
- Manage financing agreements, loan covenants, and post-financing compliance.
- Partner with Business Development, Project Development, Engineering, and Executive Management to support business expansion and project execution.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while driving continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Project Finance, Investment Banking, Financial Advisory, or related fields.
- Proven experience in arranging and closing project financing transactions, preferably in renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or utilities.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, investment analysis, and capital structuring.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or MBA are an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
