As the landscape of industrial fuel shifts towards efficiency and sustainability, we are looking for a Vice President of Sales who can navigate this transition and dominate the domestic market. This role it's about strategic commodity management, technical value-selling, and high-stakes negotiation.
Core Responsibilities:
- Strategic Market Positioning: Design and lead the sales direction for both traditional industrial minerals and the growing biomass sector.
- Supply Chain & Stock Optimization: Manage complex inventory cycles (Stock/Overstock) to ensure seamless delivery to power plants and industrial factories.
- Key Account Sovereignty: Personally oversee high-value contracts and strategic partnerships within the energy and manufacturing sectors.
- Financial Stewardship: Drive the bottom line through precise sales forecasting, profit margin management, and efficient debt collection (DSO).
- Technical Synergy: Collaborate with production and sourcing teams to ensure Calorific Values and product specifications meet the rigorous demands of industrial clients.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced Leader: At least 10 years in B2B Sales, with 5+ years at a management level.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Industrial Commodities, Energy Trading, or Fuel Supply Chain (Experience with Coal, or Biomass is highly preferred).
- Strategic Navigator: Proven ability to manage large sales teams (On-site & Back-office) and handle complex logistics coordination.
- Results-Oriented: A track record of hitting aggressive revenue targets while maintaining healthy profit margins in high-competition environments.
- Communication: Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in English.
