Job Description
Graphic Design × Medical Communication × Commercial Thinking
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Growth team and create high-quality visual assets across paid advertising, social media, websites, campaigns, and digital customer touchpoints.
This is a graphic design role with a strong focus on growth and performance marketing, within a premium healthcare environment.
You will not only design visuals that look good and represent the brand well, but also learn how design can capture attention, simplify complex medical information, communicate value clearly, and contribute to engagement, leads, and conversion.
You will work closely with the Growth and Performance team to turn campaign objectives, medical and service information, customer insights, and performance data into effective visual communication.
You will also use AI-assisted creative tools as part of the design process — from visual exploration and image generation to medical illustration development, creative variations, and production — while applying strong design judgement to ensure every output is accurate, refined, and aligned with the brand.
- Design creative assets for paid advertising, including static ads, carousels, campaign visuals, and multiple creative variations
- Create graphic assets for social media, websites, landing pages, LINE, CRM, and other digital touchpoints
- Translate marketing objectives and campaign briefs into clear and compelling visual communication
- Develop multiple versions of creative assets for A/B testing and performance optimization
- Adapt existing key visuals into different formats, placements, languages, and audience segments
- Work with the Growth team to understand which creatives perform well and use those insights to improve future designs
- Create medical infographics, anatomical visuals, treatment illustrations, and educational graphics that make complex health information easier to understand
- Develop and adapt medical illustrations for different conditions, symptoms, treatments, technologies, and rehabilitation concepts while maintaining visual clarity and appropriate medical context
- Work from medical references, clinical information, and existing visual sources to create accurate and visually refined healthcare communication
- Use AI-assisted design and image-generation tools to explore visual directions, develop creative concepts, create and refine imagery, and accelerate design production
- Use AI to support the development of medical illustrations, anatomical visuals, campaign imagery, and creative variations, while ensuring visual quality, medical appropriateness, and brand consistency
- Combine AI-generated assets with traditional design skills, typography, layout, retouching, and art direction to create polished final outputs
- Experiment with new AI tools and workflows that can improve creative quality, production speed, and scalability
- Maintain consistency with brand identity while adapting creative approaches for different objectives and channels
- Support ongoing campaign and creative production with a focus on quality, speed, and consistency
- Organize and maintain design files, templates, illustration assets, and reusable creative components to improve production efficiency
- Strong foundation in Graphic Design
- Good understanding of:
- Layout
- Typography
- Composition
- Visual hierarchy
- Color
- Image selection
- Illustration and visual storytelling
- Ability to communicate information clearly through visual design
- Ability to take complex or technical information and turn it into simple, visually understandable communication
- Comfortable working with medical and healthcare content, including anatomy, conditions, treatments, and rehabilitation concepts
- Able to work from visual references and develop medical or anatomical illustrations without needing to be a specialist medical illustrator
- Comfortable designing for digital platforms and different screen formats
- Able to work from a creative brief and develop the idea further rather than only following detailed instructions
- Willing to create and iterate multiple versions of a design to find what works best
- Comfortable using AI as part of the creative workflow, while maintaining strong independent judgement in Graphic Design
- Able to evaluate, refine, and art-direct AI-generated outputs rather than relying on raw AI results
- Interested in experimenting with new tools and finding more efficient ways to produce high-quality creative at scale
- Able to balance aesthetic quality, brand consistency, clarity, medical accuracy, and business objectives
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Open to feedback and interested in learning from creative performance and customer behavior
Not required, but a plus:
- Experience creating medical, anatomical, scientific, or healthcare illustrations
- Experience designing healthcare infographics or educational visual content
- Experience designing creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, or other performance marketing channels
- Experience designing healthcare, wellness, lifestyle, or premium brands
- Experience with AI-assisted design, image generation, image editing, or creative production tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
You are able to consistently produce high-quality graphic assets that are:
- Visually strong
- On-brand
- Clear and easy to understand
- Appropriate and accurate for healthcare communication
- Able to simplify complex medical information visually
- Produced efficiently
- Adaptable across multiple channels
- Designed with a clear communication or conversion objective
- Supported by AI where appropriate, while still demonstrating strong human design judgement
Over time, you will develop the ability to understand why certain creatives perform better than others and translate those insights into stronger design work.
The Designer We're Looking ForWe are not looking for someone who designs only for aesthetics.
We are looking for a designer who is curious about:
What makes someone stop scrolling
How can complex medical information become visually simple
What makes a message easier to understand
What makes one creative perform better than another
How can AI help us create better work, faster, without compromising quality
At the same time, Graphic Design remains the core of this role.
You do not need to be a Performance Marketer or a trained Medical Illustrator. You will work alongside the Growth team and clinical references to understand the objective, then use your design skills, creative judgement, and modern design tools to turn strategy and medical information into effective visual communication.
