VP of Finance & Accounting

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Tax, Treasury, and Financial Reporting functions.
• Ensure compliance with TFRS, IFRS, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to local, regional, and global stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and business performance management.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, and financial risk.
• Support strategic initiatives, investments, pricing decisions, and M&A activities.
• Serve as the primary liaison with auditors, regulators, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12-15+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Thai tax regulations, TFRS, IFRS, and financial compliance.
• Proven experience in finance transformation, audit management, and M&A integration.
• Advanced ERP expertise (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Fluent in Thai and English with strong executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen.
