Job Description

Responsibilities

. Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, including order fulfilment, delivery timelines and inventory accuracy.

. Plan and assign tasks, manage staff schedules and monitor daily operational activities.

. Ensure proper warehouse records, documentation and inventory management.

. Monitor and address operational, safety and quality issues.

. Train and guide team members to ensure compliance with work procedures and quality standards.

. Prepare operational KPIs and reports for management review.

. Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders on operational matters.

. Manage logistics administration and documentation.

. Support staff leave administration and other team-related matters.

. Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

. Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

. Hands-on storekeeping experience will be an advantage.

. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people at different levels.

. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

. Good attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
